LSW Boys Soccer

Dear Parents:
I am using a website called Volunteerspot.com to help manage the soccer concession stand. Hopefully this will help eliminate the need to send out multiple emails.

West is hosting the LSW/LSN Invitational Soccer Tournament on August 27th-August 30th and we have 9 Home JV and Varsity Games. All soccer parents (Varsity, JV and C Team) are requested to volunteer for at least one game.

Pictures are scheduled for Tuesday, August 14th at 11:45 am. Sometimes this gets moved so it is tentative, but that is the day and time for now.

PecSports will be taking the team and individual pictures of the players. They will no longer be posted on-line. He will be providing envelopes to order pictures. The team pictures will be in the Fall Program and yearbook.

I am unavailable to be there on Tuesday. Dona Perry and Kathleen Fearon will be there to take additional individual head shot pictures of the boys. These will be used in the Photo Roster, Varsity Banners and end of season video.

Saturday: Clash of the Titans & MANDATORY LSW Parent/Athlete Meeting – Game at 7:00 am on the Stadium Sod Field with a soccer program parent/athlete meeting to immediately follow at the field.

“Chris Cakes” will be available after the program meeting in The Commons until 10:00 am. ($5/person)

Mrs. Katzfey will lead the LSW Parent/Athlete Meeting at 10:15 am in the P.A.C. Commitment forms will be signed after the meeting.

Here is a tentative schedule for the first week of tryouts/practice (August 6-11). Afternoon/evening sessions are also possible on all days.

Monday: 7:00-9:30 am
Tuesday: 6:00-9:00 am
Wednesday: 6:00-8:30 am
Thursday: 6:00-8:30 am
Friday: TBA

My goal is to create an website that will provide team parents and players with important information without having to send out multiple emails throughout the week. (This will also be the transferable to future team manager.)

This site will provide game schedule information, pictures and other important information for parents and players. Consult this site on a regular basis!
