Dear Parents:
Congratulations to everyone on a GREAT soccer season! I had a lot of fun getting to know everyone and see our soccer program grow these past two years. As a mom of a senior player, I will be retiring my position. Mary Davis has generously offered to take over the Soccer Booster Rep responsibilities for next year. I will introduce her to everyone at the banquet on November 13th. Speaking of Banquet, please make sure you get your RSVPs to me before the 8th!
Below is a brief summary of the banquet planning meeting we had at my house a couple of weeks ago:

4:00 pm Set-up
5:30 pm Food delivered
6:00 pm Dinner Served
6:30 pm Coach presentations
7:45 pm DVD presentation in PAC
Set-up and decorations – Jean Reynolds
Fearon’s will bring the poles and the blue curtains for the back drop and candy for the tables

Bottled water in large coolers with individual Crystal Light packages of tea and lemonade

Cathy will be contacting Freshman parents to help with serving food.

Clean up: We help with clean up.
The team captains from each team will be responsible for collecting money for a coach gift.
Senior Parents need to arrive to West no later than 5:45 to set up senior display. We will have 3 tables (2 per table).
Attire: The boys need to dress up. No jeans. Most wear slacks, dress shirt and tie.
