We have two more games on the tournament schedule this week that we need concessions stand volunteers for. Olathe North and St. Thomas Aquinas (V) will be playing at 6:30. Park Hill South and Olathe North (JV) will be playing at 6. I’ve set up a sign up for 4 more volunteers during those games. My husband and I will work two of the spots so we will need two more. We also need 2 more for the 8 game. The concessions are part of the fundraising that goes back to the soccer program so if you volunteer you are helping the soccer program.
If volunteers are working the first shift please arrive at least 20 min. before game starts to get set up. The Mok’s and I will be there before to help as well. Thanks again for your time.

SNACKS
I’ll leave it up to each team if you want to have someone coordinate snacks for certain games. Last year boys brought their own to eat before every game. PB&J, fruit, granola bars, etc. Its important to fuel up before.

The Logan’s, Burlingame’s and Austell’s would like to kick off the Soccer season by hosting a pasta party for the players on JV.
Sunday, September 8th
5:30-7:30.
The team had a few of these last year, hosted by different sets of parents. It was a great way for the boys to get to know each other off the soccer field.
The dinner will be at Connor Austell’s house, 2612 SW Winterview Circle, Lee’s Summit, MO.
If you would like to contribute to the dinner….that would be great! We will provide the main dishes if others wouldn’t mind sending drinks, desserts, fruit, etc. You can follow the link below to Volunteer Spot.com and sign up for what you would like to contribute.

Details are coming out soon for an upcoming JV player dinner. This is something all teams are welcome to do you just need to have some parents that are willing to host. Typically done on a Sunday night before a game. The boys have a lot of fun and its actually quite easy if you have everyone bring something.
The Fearon family is hosting a tailgate party before the LSW Titan football game on Friday, September 27th from 4:30-6:30. Fearon’s will provide the meat. I will send out a volunteer spot list for items that people can bring to the party once I get a headcount. Could you please comment on this announcement if you are coming and how many.
