LSW Boys Soccer

Hello everyone.

Time keeps moving faster and faster it seems. I just wanted to send a reminder that if you have not sent or dropped off your rsvp and payment that it is needed as soon as possible. I have given a count to our caterer and I have a very short window to change that count. If I do not receive your rsvp and payment we do not reach that count I will have to request an adjustment to everyone’s payment that has paid so far to cover the shortage. There is not a pay at the door option.

Each team parent should have sent the attachment but, you can find it attached in case you do not have it.
I have also asked each team parent to request “server” volunteers. This job is usually done by the freshman parents so that the upper classmen and their parents are able to sit with there families. I did this job last year and it really is fun to get to chat with everyone as they go through the line.

Hello everyone,
I can not believe that it is the end of October already.
The boys Varsity team won there district game last night and will advance to play Lee’s Summit North in the Class 4 District 12 final tomorrow night at 6pm @ LS West. Please come cheer the boys on.

I am attaching a flier regarding our 2016 Soccer Banquet. Please read and return the RSVP portion of. Instructions and mailing address are included on the flier.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to reach out and see if we could get a few parent volunteers tonight, due to unforseen circumstances we have 2 spots that need filled tonight at the concession stand for the varsity game. We are also in need of ball runners for the JV and Varsity game tonight. If any of the silver c team players cold handle this that would be ideal. Please let me know as soon as possible. We need 2-4 per game.

Also we do have some spirit wear items that are available to purchase. It will be available during half time at the varsity game. (Maybe earlier but not sure) this is our last scheduled home game so please take advantage of the opportunity to purchase anything you may have forgotten or as a gift for your player for the upcoming holiday. They are cash and carry tonight and are this season’s new items.

Please find the bracket for the LSN tournament attached. The first game is Monday, at 5:45. Because of the lateness of the game I have canceled the bus for the game. I would like the boys to be at the stadium no later than 5:00.

I may cancel the buses for the remainder of the tourney depending upon how we do. Stay tuned…
