Dear Soccer Parents:
Thank you for a wonderful evening and your generous gifts. I love the framed picture of me and the varsity boys and am looking forward to pampering myself at Massage Heights and Nail Glo.
Thank everyone who sent me photos for the dvd presentation. I could not have done it with out you.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped plan, decorate, serve food and clean up at the banquet. Nice job everyone!
I also want take this opportunity to inform our players and parents that our humble coach did not mention that he was nominated as All Conference Co-Coach of the Year. Way to go Coach Brizendine! He has done an incredible job turning the boys soccer program into a well respected, competitive team. Good luck to the boys next year!

Dear Parents:
Looks like we are going to have a GREAT turn out at the banquet! Just wanted to send out some reminders and last minute notes:
Set-up starts at 4:30 pm in the Commons area at West. Jean and Steve Reynolds are chairing the decorating committee and could use some extra help. Please show up early or contact Steve at 816-536-5450 if you are available to help.
Seniors and their parents should arrive on or before 5:30 pm to set-up their display.
Food will arrive at 5:30 pm and I would appreciate the freshman parent servers arrive about the same time to help with the food. Kathy Cross (Trevor Allen’s mom) is coordinating the servers – email ktallen@kc.rr.com
There will be a check-in table next to the entrance. Please check-in with Angela and Sidney Mok before heading through the food line. Those who have not yet made payment can do so at that time.
The coaches, seniors and their parents will be served first. Then the varsity, jv and finally c team. The coaches will start their presentation hopefully around 6:30 pm (or when most have gone through the line).
We will be selling off this year’s extra soccer apparel at discounted rates and copies of the DVD presentation ($5 each).
The boys should to be dressed in slacks and a nice shirt.

Dear Parents:
Congratulations to everyone on a GREAT soccer season! I had a lot of fun getting to know everyone and see our soccer program grow these past two years. As a mom of a senior player, I will be retiring my position. Mary Davis has generously offered to take over the Soccer Booster Rep responsibilities for next year. I will introduce her to everyone at the banquet on November 13th. Speaking of Banquet, please make sure you get your RSVPs to me before the 8th!

The team captains from each team will be responsible for collecting money for a coach gift.
Senior Parents need to arrive to West no later than 5:45 to set up senior display. We will have 3 tables (2 per table).
Attire: The boys need to dress up. No jeans. Most wear slacks, dress shirt and tie.
